Anonymous User

• Can visit home page, navigate to the knowledge centre pages via links. Anonymous users, who are not logged in, may access a suite of complimentary tools:
  • ITR-1 Tax calculator
  • ITR-4 Tax calculator
  • Savings and FD/RD interest calculator
  • Income tax calendar
  • Form 3CA JSON generator with a user-friendly interface
  • Contact website admin for any information related to creating account, login and other such details.

Logged-in User: Taxpayer

• Can visit home page and navigate to the knowledge centre pages via links.
• Contact website admin for any information related to creating account, login and other such details.
• Can chat with a CA. However, whether the CA charges a fee for the chat session is entirely up to the CA. The platform doesn’t interfere with the decision of the CA in this case of chat sessions.
• Can assign tasks related to support needed from the CAs and assign the tasks to their preferred CAs.

Logged-in User: CA

• Can visit home page and navigate to the knowledge centre pages via links.
• Contact website admin for any information related to creating account, login and other such details.
• Can chat with a user. However, whether they charge a fee for the chat session is entirely up to them. The platform doesn’t interfere with the decision of the CA in the matter of chat sessions because it is commensurate with protecting the privacy of the CAs (service providers).
• Can work on tasks related to taxation support users need and get paid for those tasks. The platform charges only 10% for each completed task. The rest (90%) is paid to the CA within 5 (five) working days. A CA may not take/ask/request/solicit payment from the user directly. Doing this can result in warnings, penalties or even temporary or permanent loss of access to the platform.

Prohibited Use

• Uploading, sharing, or requesting illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
• Violating intellectual property rights by uploading copyrighted materials without permission.
• Engaging in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior with other users, especially in chat sessions on the website as well as plugins like tawk.to, is strictly prohibited. Doing so may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of access. Please use feedback/contact link below to send an email to website/platform administrator if you face harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behaviour from another user.
• Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or misuse the system.
• Uploading sensitive personal data unless explicitly permitted and protected by applicable data policies.

Intellectual Property

• Users retain ownership of their original content.
• Documents that you upload during chat/audio/video sessions are not stored by the platform. Please request the recipients to store a copy of the document for their reference. You should also store these documents on your computer for your own reference.
• Documents uploaded during task execution and management via the task details interface are securely stored in the database, ensuring ongoing access for both the task assignor and assignee.
• Additionally, documents uploaded through the user management interface by an organization's administrator are accessible to the relevant user.
• The platform does not claim ownership over user-uploaded content or outputs generated from it.

Privacy and Data Security

• Users are encouraged to avoid sharing personally identifiable information unless necessary and protected by appropriate safeguards.

Monitoring and Enforcement

• The platform may monitor usage to ensure compliance with this policy.
• Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of access.
• Serious violations may be reported to appropriate authorities.

Changes to this Terms of Use Policy

• This policy may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes and are responsible for reviewing the updated terms.
